Conversations concerning public expressions and involvement of the evangelical community.

Wednesday, January 25, 2006

The evangelical community needs to trust its message more than promote it. Promotion implies the need to "help" God and the results are superficial. Society goes on its merry way. Much of super church success is at the expense of smaller congregations that can't compete in this program and promotion age. God is not magnified; he is used.

Although i see a lot of wisdom in some of your other posts this one just dosent fit. In every example we have God has never been limited by the size or number of people he has following him in fact it appears quite the opposite that he uses smaller numbers as greater examples of his power to mankind. How then can he now be limited or hemed in in the way you describe his power to be in smaller churches? Answer: He cant!!!!
